Today Richard has won his first match on the famous grass of London. Indeed Richard has beaten the German Philipp Kohlschreiber, 60th world player, 6-3 3-6 6-3 6-2.

In the first set, Richard breaks rapidly and leads 2-0. But the German debreaks immediatly :2-1. Richard doesn't stop to put the pressure on him and wins the first set 6-3.

Unfortunately in the second set, Richard doesn't succeed to take the advantage on Korhlshreiber who wins it : 6-3

Finally Richard wins the third and the last one which are very fought : 6-3 6-2.

Richard performed a good match against a strong player on grass. Next round, he will meet Gilbert Elseneer.
