Richard Gasquet is back in action in Indian Wells this week, for the first Masters Series of the year. The draw for the Pacific Life Open has been released. As the number sixteen seed, Richard has received a bye in the first round.

In an tantalisingly talented draw, Richard has been placed in a difficult section. His second round match will be against either Mikhail Youzhny or a qualifier. If the young Frenchman were to progress further, he would face a possible fourth round match up with world number one, Roger Federer.

The main draw action gets underway on Friday, March 10th.
