PARIS, April 5 (Reuters) - France number two Sebastien Grosjean may miss this weekend's Davis Cup quarter-final against Russia because of a back injury.
"Sebastien injured his back on Sunday during a training session. He is recovering quickly but is still in trouble when serving," France coach Patrice Hagelauer told Reuters on Wednesday.
"The final decision will be taken after a training session tomorrow morning (Thursday) and before the draw. We hope he will pass the test," he added.
The French squad for the tie in Pau also includes Richard Gasquet, Arnaud Clement, Michael Llodra and newcomer Florent Serra.
Russia beat France 3-2 in 2002 in Paris to win their first Davis Cup title and defeated them again by the same score in last year's quarter-finals in Moscow.
