I have a horrible feeling that England have a good chance, I really hope not. I hate England, because I am from Scotland. This does not mean I hate English people, I do not. I just hate when they do well at sport, because in Scotland, we have the English media.

They always talk about England winning the world cup in 1966. I mean it was forty years ago. If they win in 2006, they will talk about it till I die. I am not English, I should not have to listen to pro-English commentary.

So sorry Blueskye but I won't be hoping England do well. The media drives me mad. I do not think that they will win it but they have a chance. Let's hope that Paraguay and Sweden go through

i can see why you get annoyed, since i even find it irritating myself. Like i hate how our media is only ionterested in tennis when its wimby time or when our guys are doing well at a tourny. But i think england have a good chance to go far but not to win - my moneys probably on germany or brazil...

btw i passed my driving test today lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry am so happy i want to share it with everyone - so thought i was guna fail lol!!!

I'm hoping for Sweden to advance from the group as well, they have a pretty strong linup to..! And I know what you mean about all the hype that surrounds a team when they do well, and it just never seems to be forgotten as well! I have a feeling that England & Sweden will advance from the group, but I don't think that either one of them will go on to win the world cup.
